One game that was on everybody’s lips last year was definitively Wolfenstein: The New Order,. It made countless top 5 lists and some even gave it their game of the year. Well, Bethesda is capitalizing on this situation and announced today the release of a standalone prequel to The New Order called Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.
You’re dropped in once again in the boots of BJ Blazkowicz for a 2-part story. The Dark Secrets of Helga Von Schabbs, part 2 of BJ’s adventure, after find the coordinates, you are led to the city of Wulfburg where you must stopped a crazed archeologist that wants to release darkness into the world.

The new addition to the Wolfenstein universe seems like it will be a great one for the fans of the series and will be enjoyed by most. I didn’t get a chance to play The New Order last year so I wonder if I could play Old Blood without having to play New Order before.
