This is a game that I personally discovered yesterday when Square Enix put the first trailer up on their Facebook page. As soon as I watched it, I was immediately captivated by the game. Life is Strange is presented like Telltale Games’ Walking Dead or Game of Thrones. This new game from Dontnod Entertainment will be a 5 episodes release which can be bought for $5.49 CAD for each episode or $21.99 CAD for the season pass on Steam. The game will be available on PlayStation 4. PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. The first episode will be out on January 30th, 2015.
To resume what Life is Strange is all about, you are in the life of Maxine Caulfield, a senior photography student. She returns to Arcadia Bay, Oregon and reunites with her old friend Chloe Price which happen to have lived some unfortunate events during her friends departure. Having lost her father, Chloe found support from a girl named Rachel Amber, but suddenly, Rachel is missing and it`s up to Chloe and Maxine to find her.
I really can’t wait to get my hands on this game in the near future because I`m a sucker for good stories. What do you think about this game? Are you tired of episodic games? Does the story sound interesting? Give us your reaction in the comments below!
